杨永斌 教授/院士,重庆大学

Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Structural Engineering and Mechanics Expert, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering (2009), Foreign Member of Austrian Academy of Sciences (2007), Member of European Academy of Sciences (2018), Honorary Professor of National Taiwan University, Honorary Dean of School of Civil Engineering, Chongqing University.

Prof. Yongbin Yang has served as president of Yunlin University of Science and Technology, dean of the College of Engineering and chair of the Department of Civil Engineering of National Taiwan University, Convenor of the Civil Engineering Section of the National Science Council, the chairman of the following associations: Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan (IEET), Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and Society of Structural Engineering. He has also served as Fellow of the following associations: The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), International Association of Computational Mechanics (IACM), Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and Society of Structural Engineering.

Prof. Xiaxin Tao, Harbin Institute of Technology

陶夏新 教授,哈尔滨工业大学 

Xiaxin Tao is a Doctor of Engineering and Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology. As one of the leader in the engineering seismic discipline, he successively served as the director of the Engineering Seismological Research Office of the Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration, the deputy dean of the School of Civil Engineering, and the director of the School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology. He has presided over more than 20 national scientific research projects including key and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Projects, National Social Welfare research special projects, and responsible for China-Japan, China-US, China-Russia and China-Japan-Korea international cooperation projects. He has undertaken dozens of major projects concerning seismic safety evaluation. He serves as the chairman of international academic conferences for many times, and concurrently serves as the editorial board of 4 Chinese science and technology journals and 2 English science and technology journals. He has won two first prizes and five second prizes (including natural science prizes) for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress, published two monographs (co-authors) and nearly 400 papers both at home and abroad, including more than 200 English papers. In 1993, he was awarded a special government allowance by the State Council.

陶夏新,工学博士,哈尔滨工业大学教授。曾先后担任中国地震局工程力学研究所工程地震研究室主任,哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院副院长、岩土工程学科主任,是我国工程地震学科带头人之一。主持国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、国家国际科技合作项目、国家社会公益研究专项等二十余项国家级科研项目,负责中日、中美、中俄及中日韩等国际合作项目,承担过数十个重大工程的地震安全性评价。多次担任国际学术会议主席,兼任4个中文科技期刊、2个英文科技期刊的编委。获省部级科技进步一等奖两项、二等奖(包括自然科学奖)五项。在国内外出版专著两部(合著)、论文近四百篇,其中英文论文二百余篇。1993年获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。

Libo Meng, PhD / Researcher, graduated from Tsinghua University in 2006, He has been titled with the Leader of Chongqing Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Team, General Manager of Chongqing WuKang Technology Co., Ltd., Director of Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Monitoring of Bridge & Structure, and Director of Dynamic Testing Professional Committee of China Vibration Engineering Society. He has been engaged in the research and application of structural monitoring technology for a long time. He took the lead in undertaking the national key R & D program "Research and Demonstration of Key Technical Standards for State Assessment of Intelligent Bridge Structures". The "China Merchants Transportation Research Bridge Cloud" system, which led by Meng with the research and development, has been applied to more than 150 bridges, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, E’dong Yangtze River Bridge and Zengjiayan Jialing River Bridge. This system has been successfully functioned as warning for many times and ensured the safety of the bridge structure.

孟利波,博士/研究员,2006年毕业于清华大学,重庆英才创新创业示范团队负责人,现任重庆物康科技有限公司总经理,桥梁与结构智能监测重庆市工程研究中心主任,中国振动工程学会动态测试专业委员会理事,长期从事结构监测技术研究及应用工作,牵头承担了国家重点研发计划项目“智慧桥梁结构状态评估关键技术标准研究及示范”,牵头研发的“招商交科桥梁云”系统在港珠澳大桥、鄂东大桥、曾家岩大桥等150余座桥梁上得到应用,多次成功预警,保障了桥梁结构安全。

Prof. Said Easa, Academician, Ryerson University, Canada

Said Easa 教授/院士,加拿大瑞尔森大学

Professor Said Easa is currently Professor of Civil Engineering, Ryerson University, Canada. He received his B.Sc. degree from Cairo University (Egypt) in 1972, M.Eng. degree from McMaster University (Canada) in 1976, and Ph.D. degree from University of California at Berkeley (U.S.) in 1982. He has served as Director of Quality Assurance of the Faculty of Engineering at Ryerson University (2010-2013), where he introduced the new accreditation system for graduate attributes. Prior to joining Ryerson University in 2000, he had taught at Lakehead University, Canada (1982-2000). Dr. Easa is Fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, Engineering Institute of Canada, and Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE). His research interests cover broad transportation areas, including planning, design, operation, and management. In particular, he has introduced novel approaches for safer and more efficient transportation infrastructure, including highway alignments, railway crossings, interchanges, intersections, and roundabouts. In addition, he has conducted multidisciplinary research in such areas as intelligent transportation systems, autonomous and connected vehicles, human factors, and geomatics engineering. 

Dr. Easa published nearly 340 refereed journal articles and was editor of a bestselling book on Urban Planning and Development Applications of GIS, published by American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He served as President of Online Network Enabled ITS Research Society (ONE-ITS) (2015-2017). He is Associate Editor of Journal of Transportation Engineering, Journal of Surveying Engineering, and Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering. He was leader of a national delegation to China, judge for annual Canadian Consulting Engineering awards, and member of national grant selection committees. He organized and chaired eight national and international conferences, sponsored by ASCE, CSCE, and IAAM. He has received numerous lifetime achievement awards and honors from Canadian, U.S., and other organizations, including Frank M. Masters Transportation Engineering Award from ASCE (2001), Sandford Fleming Award from CSCE (2003), Arthur M. Wellington Prize from ASCE (2005), Award of Academic Merit from Transportation Association of Canada (2010), and IAAM Medal from the International Association for Advanced Materials (2018).

Dr. Geng Bo, he graduated from the Bridge Engineering Department of Tongji University in2007, and was awarded as one of the top 100 engineering and technical talentsin Chongqing. Currently he is the deputy dean of the Bridge School of ChinaMerchants Chongqing Transportation Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Bridge Structure Dynamics. Hehas been long engaged in the design and scientific research on bridges, and has participated in the design of Xiamen-Zhangzhou Cross-sea Bridge, Dongshuimen Bridge and Qiansimen Bridege in Chongqing. He has undertaken more than 20 National Natural Science Foundation, national key research and development plans, and various provincial and ministerial projects, published 3 monographs, complied 4 industry standards with the Ministry of Transport, 3 local standards and 2 group standards. He is the owner of over 10 patents, and the supervisor of over 20 graduate students.

耿波,博士/研究员,2007年毕业于同济大学桥梁工程系,重庆市百名工程技术高端人才,现任招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司桥梁院副院长,桥梁结构动力学国家重点实验室副主任,长期从事桥梁设计与科研相关工作,先后参与厦漳跨海大桥,重庆东水门大桥,千厮门嘉陵江大桥的设计工作,承担国家自然基金,国家重点研发计划,以及各类省部级项目20余项,出版专著3部,参编交通部行业标准4部,地方标准3部,团体标准2部,获发明专利10余项,培养硕士研究生20余人。

Hao Ding, PhD, Researcher, President of China Merchants Transportation Research Tunnel Institute, Director of National Engineering Laboratory of Highway Tunnel, has been engaged in highway and road tunnel technology for a long time. He presided over high-level scientific and technological projects such as national research and development projects and many of the most classical tunnel designs in China. He hosted and co-authored "Technical Specification for Safety Risk Assessment of Highway Tunnel Operation", "Specification for Design of Highway Tunnels" and other industry specifications. He has been awarded such provincial and ministerial level talent honors and funds as High-Level Talent of the national transportation industry, Leader Talents of Chongqing Science and Technology Innovation, Young Talents in Science and Technology of the Ministry of Transport. Besides, he won nearly 30 provincial and ministerial awards of science and technology and design in Chongqing Municipality, Ministry of Education, and Hubei Province.

刘德华副教授/博士,马来西亚博特拉大学

Dr. Teik-Hua, Law is Associate Professor at the Civil Engineering Department, Universiti Putra Malaysia and serves as the Head of the Road Safety Research Center. He received his Ph.D. in Road Safety from the Center for Transport Studies at the Imperial College of London. He has 20 years experience in road safety research and specialization areas are road crash data and road users’ behavior analysis. He has working on multiple national and international research projects that addresses road users’ behavior and road safety issues. Dr. Law has several influential papers published in the top transportation journals. He is also a frequent presenter at national and international conferences.

Law Teik-Hua博士,马来西亚普特拉大学土木工程系副教授,道路安全研究中心主任,于伦敦帝国理工学院交通研究中心获得道路安全博士学位。在道路安全研究领域有20年的经验,专注道路碰撞数据和道路使用者的行为分析。曾参与多个国家和国际研究项目,致力于解决道路使用者的行为和道路安全问题。曾在交通相关的顶尖杂志发表若干有影响力的论文,热衷参加各国内外学术会议并发表演讲。

Jianhui Xu, D.E., Senior Engineer, serving as the Assistant Director of Technology Development Center of Chongqing Zhi Xiang Paving Technology and Engineering Co., Ltd., and he has been engaged in the research on paving materials and structures of highway bridges for a long time. He has rich experience in R & D for functional color pavement, pavement prevention and maintenance, waterproof adhesive coating and other products. His related products are applied in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and other engineering, and he has over 200 projects that have been cast into domestic application. He presided over and participated in 21 scientific research projects, including eight projects that are above the provincial and ministerial level. Besides, he won six provincial and ministerial awards, including one grand prize and two first prizes. In terms of academic achievements, he published more than 30 academic papers, 16 of which are included by SCI, and he won 16 authorized invention patents. In addition, he participated in the compilation of five industrial and local standards.

徐建晖,工学博士,高级工程师,重庆市智翔铺道技术工程有限公司科技发展中心主任助理,长期从事道桥铺装材料及结构的研究,对功能性彩色铺装、路面预防养护、防水粘结涂料等产品有丰富的研发经验,相关产品在港珠澳大桥等工程应用,国内应用项目超200个。主持及参与科研项目21项,其中省部级以上8项;获得省部级奖励6项,其中特等奖1项,一等奖2项;发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI收录16篇;获得授权发明专利16项;参与编制行业、地方标准5项。

博士、教授、博士生导师,重庆交通大学土木工程学院副院长,山区桥梁及隧道工程国家重点实验室副主任,交通运输部青年科技英才。主要从事桥梁智能建造与智慧运维、桥梁长期性能与检测加固、工程结构环境力学试验技术方面的教学与科研工作,主持国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目、面上项目等20余项国家级、省部级课题的研究,完成500余座桥梁检测、加固、设计、监控等技术服务工作,获教育部、重庆市科技进步一等奖2项,发表学术论文120余篇。

报告题目:山区高速公路桥梁智能建造技术与装备——以奉建高速科技示范工程为例

史康 博士, 重庆大学 

史康,博士后,毕业于中南大学土木工程学院,主要从事车辆耦合振动,桥梁风工程与车辆扫描法相关研究,目前在重庆大学杨永斌院士团队做博士后研究。主持了包括国家自然基金青年基金,中国博士后基金特别资助项目,重庆市博士后自然基金等在内的国家、省部级课题共5项,参与了国家自然基金面上项目、重庆市自然科学基金院士专项等多项科研项目。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇,EI论文5篇,研究成果荣获中南大学优秀博士论文、湖南省科技进步一等奖和中国铁道学会一等奖。

Bin Chen, Doctor of Engineering, served as Vice President of China Merchants Communications Technology Research Bridge Institute, Deputy Director of State Key Laboratory of Structure Dynamics, Member of Special Committee in Structural Dynamic of Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, part-time Professor of Chongqing Jiao Tong University. He has long been engaged in the research on intelligent bridge detection, health monitoring, dynamic performance and wind resistance stability of long-span bridges. He hosted and participated in the research on wind resistance in Xia-Zhang Sea-crossing Bridge, wind and rain vibration, bridge intelligent detection robot and other national and provincial key projects. Besides, he mastered and participated in the compilation of many industrial and local standards.

Cong Li, graduated from Tongji University in 2011 with a doctorate in engineering, now working in China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. He is also Director of Road Engineering Science Research Institute and Senior Engineer in professor level. He mainly engaged in the research and development work of road infrastructure intelligent management, disaster prevention and mitigation. He presided over two national research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation, and four provincial research projects. In 2021, he was awarded "Young Talents in Science and Technology of Transportation" by the Ministry of Transport, and in the same year he was awarded by the "Technology and Innovation Award" by China Transportation Association. He was selected as the Chongqing Youth Talent Training Program in 2014. He won three first prizes and three second prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.

李聪,2011年毕业于同济大学,获工学博士学位,现任职于招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司,担任道路工程科学研究所所长,教授级高级工程师,主要从事道路基础设施智能管养及防灾减灾领域的研发工作。主持国家自然科学基金等国家级科研项目2项,省部级科研项目4项;2021年被交通运输部授予“交通运输青年科技英才”,同年被中国交通运输协会授予“科技创新青年奖”,2014年入选重庆市青年科技人才培养计划;获省部级科学技术奖一等奖3项,二等奖3项。

阳洋 副教授,重庆大学

Yang Yang is PhD, Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Head of the National Standard Working Group on Engineering Structure Monitoring of Intelligent Residential Area Sub-Technical Committee. He is also Vice president of Building Electrical and Intelligence Sub-committee of Intelligent Building, Load and Customer System Technical Committee (China Region). Yang has complied six standards, and written two Chinese monographs, one English monograph and one textbook. He serves as the Leader of Domestic Expert Group in International Group in IEC / SEG9, Editorial Board of ESCI Source International Journal, the first Guest Editor of Symmetry Special Symmetry in Structural Health Monitoring (SCI:2.713). He has presided over four national projects and three provincial projects, and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Architectural Society of China, the second prize of Golden Bridge Award of Technology Market Association of China and the second prize of technological progress in electric power construction of China Electric Power Construction Association. He has published more than 40 papers in well-known academic journals at home and abroad, and won seven software copyrights and applied for 16 national invention patents. He has been authorized six patents and realized partial assignment of a single patent for 500,000 yuan and participated in the technical guidance service work of monitoring and testing in many major projects.

Feng Xu, (Post) Doctor, graduated from Wuhan Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018. He is mainly engaged in the research on disaster prevention and mitigation of road engineering, disaster mechanism, prevention and control technology and intelligent control. He has presided over more than 10 national and provincial-level projects, such as the National Key R & D Program, Chongqing Natural Science Postdoctoral Fund, and Chongqing International Training Program. He has published more than 30 academic papers (including five SCI search papers and two EI search papers), and won 11 authorized invention patents (he acted as the first inventor in three of them) and five scientific research and survey as well as design awards at the provincial level.

博士(后),2018年毕业于中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所,主要从事道路工程防灾减灾、灾变机理、防治技术及智能化管控等方面研究,先后主持国家重点研发计划子课题、重庆市自然科学博士后基金和重庆市国际培养计划等国家、省部级项目10余项,已发表学术论文30余篇(其中以第一作者发表SCI检索论文5篇、EI检索论文2篇),授权发明专利11项(其中第一发明人3项),获得省部级科研、勘察设计奖5项。
