Notice about publishing and template.

Hi! Thank you for your support to our conference!
According to the latest arrangement of 2021 International Conference on Smart Transportation and City Engineering (STCE 2021), the press of this conference has been changed to IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science(EES)(Online ISSN: 1755-1315，Print ISSN: 1755-1307), and accepted papers will be submitted to EI Compendex, Inspec and Scopus for indexing. Please download the new paper template from the following link: http://www.stce.info/wJIkkncF

The format of paid and unpaid papers submitted to the EI submission system before June 30th will be adjusted by the staffs of organizers, and no personal revision by the authors is required. Additionally, the extra increase in registration fees due to the template change will not be required to be paid by the authors.

6月30日前投稿作者的文章，因不同模板中基础价格所含页数的内容篇幅相仿，已付款的作者亦无需退补版面费用。版面也将由会议组织方统一调整模板，无需作者逐一修改。
